The Mars Volta Announce News Of Third Album

The Mars Volta have released the first details of their third studio album.

The band has been working on the follow up to 2005’s ‘Frances The Mute’ with help from John Frusciante on one song and artwork by Jeff Jordan.

According the bands official website the album with be entitled ‘Amputechture’ though there is no news of a release date yet.

The strange as usual tracklisting is:
