My Chemical Romance have been tapped to perform their single "Welcome to the Black Parade" during Spike TV's Scream Awards, scheduled to air October 10. The event, which will be taped October 7 at Hollywood's Pantages Theater, celebrates the horror, sci-fi and fantasy genres and will present a special honor to Ozzy Osbourne. Rosario Dawson, Rose McGowan and Marley Shelton, stars of the upcoming Quentin Tarantino/ Robert Rodriguez collaboration flick "Grindhouse," will host the show, and Korn are also expected to take the stage....
